Why can’t I book online right now?

Online bookings are temporarily paused while we complete Liv Health’s transition and prepare the new service menu. The new booking experience will return as soon as the changeover is complete.

What is changing at Liv Health?

Liv Health is moving into a new direction centred around private blood testing, vitality injections and personalised wellness. As part of that change, the previous Japanese head spa, ear wax removal and facial services are being retired from the new website.

I already have a booking. What should I do?

If you already have a confirmed appointment or need to check anything about an existing booking, please email contact@livhealth.co.uk and the team can confirm the details directly with you.

I have a Liv Health gift card or voucher. What happens?

Please email contact@livhealth.co.uk with the name it was purchased under and, if you have it, your voucher or gift card code. The team will confirm the options available to you.

When will online bookings reopen?

Very soon. We’re putting the finishing touches to the new Liv Health experience and will reopen online booking once everything is ready. You can also follow @LivHealthClinic for updates.
